Responsibilities
- Independently drive strategic and operational initiatives end-to-end, ensuring high quality, efficiency and adoption across teams and markets (think: project leading cross-function initiatives, market launches, internal process definition and improvement)
- Execute on day-to-day operations as needed, including both support and/or full ownership of processes or areas of improvements that need temporary firepower as we scale
- Playing a proactive role as a core member of the operations team, to build and shape processes that define our operating model across all corners of the business
- Collaborate with Leadership and team members across Finance, People, Commercial and Legal on a regular basis
- In all the above, detect what can either be redefined or improved with AI workflows, and own design and execution of both set-up and change management processes
- Conduct research, prepare briefings, or coordinate with vendors and partners - whatever it takes to get the job done
- Support occasionally on larger internal and/or external events – including key gatherings that shape how we work together, and defining a scaling company culture
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high-performing environment; consulting, tech, health-tech, or early-stage startups ideally
- Experience with project management, partly or ideally end-to-end
- Strong business sense: you get how companies work, what makes them run, and where to step in to move things forward
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, you love keeping things tidy and efficient
- A bias for action: you’re self-directed, resourceless, and comfortable figuring things out
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal

- Exposure to healthcare, tech, or highly regulated industries
- Showcased gaining trust and ownership from leaders or executives
- Previous operational, strategy or similar role experience
- You’ve worked across multiple teams or functions before - and loved it
