Responsibilities
- Assess current data sources, reporting tools, dashboards, and databases to streamline reporting processes and eliminate duplication

- Initiate data-informed conversations with stakeholders to guide decision-making
- Combine and align data from multiple platforms, including operational performance indicators
- Unify data across systems to track workforce size and spending patterns
- Link data from various sources to monitor customer experience KPIs
- Aggregate and analyze cross-system data related to employee engagement, turnover, and recruitment
- Establish a comprehensive understanding of organizational performance by connecting data across departments
- Lead strategic and operational initiatives from start to finish
- Define project scope and objectives clearly and ensure thorough planning
- Deliver projects reliably and on schedule
- Maintain strong alignment with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
- Monitor action items and ensure team members meet commitments
- Produce and distribute recurring status reports, dashboards, and governance documentation
- Facilitate collaboration between operations and non-operations teams on shared initiatives
- Assist operations leaders with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Help prepare presentation decks, performance reports, and discussion briefs for leadership reviews
- Monitor key priorities to ensure efficient use of leadership time and focus
- Support regular weekly and monthly business review cycles and town hall meetings
