PITT OHIO is hiring an Operations Admin-Cust Service

Responsibilities

  • Engage with internal and external clients by phone, email, or fax to address inquiries about freight costs, pickup scheduling, shipment tracing, delivery confirmation, and proof of delivery documents
  • Perform data input tasks such as scanning freight documents, entering pickup and delivery details, logging fuel mileage, processing freight bill audits, and supporting payroll administration
  • Handle processing of invoices and forms, and track payments and cash receipts related to accounts receivable and payable
  • Support the management of documentation and hazardous materials data for shipments arriving at or leaving the location
  • Collaborate with team leads, delivery personnel, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support compliance and tracking efforts across functions including onboarding, safety protocols, pickup and delivery records, overages/shortages, payroll, and payment processing
