Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between supply and operations, ensuring clear communication and proper handling of courier assignments.
- Identify inefficiencies in current operations and create standardized procedures to improve workflow.
- Update and manage the daily hiring dashboard, tracking each courier's status including activation, pending start, or rejection.
- Develop and apply strategies to enhance performance across supply chain and fleet operations.
- Analyze data on couriers who left or did not start, identifying trends and reasons behind departures.
- Provide feedback to operations and supply teams based on churn analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with supply chain personnel to ensure sufficient courier availability to meet operational demands.
- Conduct exit interviews with departing couriers and document findings for further review.
- Compile insights from daily and weekly exit interviews to detect recurring issues.
- Produce weekly summaries of exit interview data to highlight trends and suggest improvements.
- Support the development and rollout of retention programs such as insurance options and discount offers.
- Work with internal teams to design benefits that improve courier satisfaction and reduce turnover rates.
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication of new courier details across departments.
- Monitor the flow of assignment lists from supervisors and fleet specialists for timely processing.
- Maintain records of courier activation progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Use data to anticipate potential gaps in courier supply and recommend proactive measures.
- Standardize processes to minimize operational delays and miscommunication.
- Improve onboarding efficiency by streamlining information relay between teams.
- Track performance metrics related to courier activation and retention.
- Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at strengthening supply chain reliability.

- Churn Analysis and Reporting: Analyze churned couriers to identify patterns and reasons for early departures or non-starters, providing detailed feedback to the Operations and Supply teams.
- Ensure the availability of couriers by working closely with the supply chain team to meet operational needs.
- Exit Interviews: Conduct and record exit interviews for couriers leaving the organization, compiling insights from daily and weekly interviews for analysis and reporting. Export weekly summaries to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Courier Retention Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement retention benefits, such as insurance and discounts, aimed at increasing courier satisfaction and reducing turnover.
