ganss personal GmbH is looking for an ONSITE-TECHNIKER (m/w/d) to provide direct client support in Düsseldorf. In this onsite role, you will be the key contact for handling incidents and requests, ensuring smooth IT operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1st and 2nd level client support within the onsite team.
- Accept and process incidents and service requests.
- Support standard applications like MS-Office and current operating systems.
- Perform installations, break & fix, replacement, and troubleshooting for end devices.
- Document work and process tickets in the ticket system.
- Collaborate with 1st and 3rd level client support teams.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure SLA compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration, IT system manager, or comparable).
- Two years of professional experience in IT support, PC hardware installation, and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of XP, Windows 7-10, Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, Cisco Jabber, and ticket systems.
- Very good German language skills and good English skills.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of iOS and Mac operating systems.
- Certifications such as CompTIA (A+) or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
