Responsibilities
- Assist regional IT support teams in sustaining corporate IT infrastructure
- Deliver on-site and remote desktop support for staff using company-owned devices and systems
- Manage inventory and lifecycle of IT hardware assets
- Maintain and update internal technical documentation and operational procedures
- Provide clear technical guidance to non-technical personnel
- Address critical incidents promptly to maintain uninterrupted business operations
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotations for urgent technical issues
- Oversee access control systems and closed-circuit television infrastructure
- Support audiovisual and conferencing technology, collaboration spaces, and print services
