Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one counselling and coaching to employees on topics such as stress management, resilience, and access to wellbeing resources.
- Design and facilitate group workshops that raise awareness about mental health and strengthen psychological resilience.
- Lead peer support groups to foster open dialogue and shared experiences around mental wellbeing.
- Produce monthly utilization reports to monitor mental health trends and guide future wellbeing initiatives.
- Conduct onboarding training for new employees covering stress identification, resilience strategies, and available support services.
- Participate in all required professional development activities, including clinical supervision and training module completion.
