Nextech is looking for an Onsite Implementation Specialist to deploy and configure our Practice+ software solution for clients. You will be the primary point of contact during the onsite implementation phase, ensuring a successful go-live.
What You'll Do
- Lead onsite software implementation and configuration for Practice+ clients
- Conduct hands-on training sessions with client staff and key users
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the deployment phase
- Document client workflows and ensure the system is configured to meet their needs
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in software implementation, training, or technical support
- Ability to travel to client sites for onsite deployment and training sessions
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Work Mode
This is a remote position based within the United States. However, the role requires significant travel to client locations for onsite implementation work.
