Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and sustain the Windows desktop environment with comprehensive end-user support, covering hardware and software oversight, security updates, and system health monitoring according to global desktop standards and protocols.
- Establish trust with help desk users by delivering first-level local and second-level regional technical support, including diagnosing, resolving, and escalating incidents and technical issues.
- Set up and manage general office infrastructure and related technical facilities.
- Deploy and manage desktop systems and user accounts, with accountability for implementing, adjusting, and enhancing IT systems within the designated domain.
- Oversee operations for both the local office and the Singapore Data Centre, including coordinating equipment deliveries, cabling, server installations, and maintaining inventory in compliance with global policies.
- Track and manage all hardware and software assets to ensure accurate inventory records.
