Responsibilities
- Ensure all new employees comply with established safety standards and protocols.
- Guide new hires through the full onboarding process from their first day up to 60 days or until they achieve qualification status.
- Deliver hands-on training directly on the production floor, spending the majority of time in this environment.
- Monitor and assess trainee progress, including attendance and qualification milestones.
- Build strong connections between new team members and their supervisors to support integration.
- Support monthly Alchemy training sessions and assist with related administrative tasks.
- Work closely with Human Resources and Operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Take part in company and HR-led committees as needed.
- Perform additional assigned tasks as required.
Compensation
Base hourly salary of $25.48/hr
