Responsibilities
- Ensures safety is prioritized and enforces all safety policies as a fundamental requirement.
- Tracks and supports new employees following orientation, monitoring their progress during the initial 45-60 days of employment.
- Provides practical, on-the-job training to new hires and advises supervisors on individual development needs and challenges.
- Conducts training activities on the production floor alongside new employees.
- Implements, monitors, and assesses the onboarding training program according to established standards.
- Ensures alignment with program requirements when evaluating training effectiveness.
- Works closely with Human Resources and operational teams to deliver effective onboarding experiences.
- Supports integration by building strong relationships between new employees, coworkers, and management.
