Responsibilities
- Deliver direct technical support for the maintenance and troubleshooting of servers and network infrastructure.
- Carry out physical installation, enhancement, and replacement of servers, network hardware, and associated components.
- Ensure all hardware changes comply with internal standards and functional requirements.
- Identify and fix server hardware problems through systematic testing and validation procedures.
- Use the internal ticketing system to track, manage, and resolve technical support requests efficiently.
- Keep the warehouse and work areas organized, clean, and safe, with proper storage of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records in the enterprise asset management (EAM) system.
Requirements
- Ability to adhere to established policies and workflows.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Flexible availability for rotating 8-hour shifts covering 24/7 operations, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks as required by the job.
- Legal authorization to live and work in the Netherlands.
- Resides within a commutable distance from the office or open to relocation for long-term sustainability.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems is beneficial.
- Prior experience with support ticketing platforms and warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Holding electrical safety certifications is considered a bonus.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred.
