Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized technical knowledge and guidance on regulatory matters tied to energy, extractives, and renewable energy sectors, particularly concerning oil and gas operations.
- Serve in the capacity of a regulatory consultant for oil and gas projects.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory frameworks, policies, and compliance standards.
- Educate and guide professionals across energy and extractive industries.
- Develop and apply technical solutions to complex regulatory challenges.
- Support the execution of regulatory strategies and compliance initiatives aligned with international, federal, state, and local laws.
- Engage effectively with agency representatives and stakeholders to convey regulatory guidance and objectives.
