Responsibilities
- Manage flight capacity and maximize the space
- Prioritize and manage the cargo lying and backlog shipment
- Ensure all cargo onboard accordingly planned
- Customer Support - Respond to both locally and oversea agent on each enquiry
- Customer support about the booking issued
- Co-ordinate with all concerned parties to smooth the workflow
- Co-ordinate if any related with planner of other countries
- Keep the inbound-outbound cargo record
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in airline cargo operations, capacity management, or air freight coordination
- Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with local and overseas agents
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills and proficiency in MS Office
