About the Role
The environment where people work directly influences how they work. You will be responsible for the daily experience of the office—its appearance, functionality, and atmosphere. You ensure everything operates smoothly and, when it doesn’t, you take action or escalate clearly. Employees will approach you with issues ranging from broken equipment to requests for better food options, and you will handle each with equal care. This role demands initiative and ownership—you see a problem, you own it, and you solve it.
