Responsibilities
- Organize and execute internal events such as weekly gatherings, on-site celebrations, and team activities, managing end-to-end logistics, communications, budgets, and post-event evaluations.
- Oversee the operation and upkeep of office facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and visually consistent environment that reflects company branding.
- Maintain and improve facility management systems and records to meet ESG and ISO compliance standards, with a focus on ongoing operational enhancements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for facilities and events, ensuring high service levels, clear service-level agreements, and cost efficiency.
- Support office space planning and expansion efforts, including relocations, layout changes, and facility upgrades aligned with organizational growth.
- Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across the workplace, including risk assessments and safe practices for events and daily operations.
- Track and manage budgets for facilities and employee experience initiatives, balancing cost efficiency with high-quality outcomes.
- Supervise and develop the reception team to provide a welcoming and professional experience for staff and guests.
