Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative assistance to patients, staff, and referral partners by managing coordination and operational tasks
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Secure required insurance authorizations for treatments and services
- Establish new patient files and ensure ongoing accuracy of medical records
- Scan, file, and organize patient documentation while maintaining data integrity
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and direct inquiries appropriately
- Offer financial guidance to patients and process over-the-counter payments
- Conduct daily electronic record reviews and updates within the medical records system
Benefits
- Hourly pay between $19.00 and $26.00, plus bonus opportunities and benefits package
