The OEM Sales Manager for Industrial Solutions and Off-Highway Verticals will lead customer engagement and sales growth across the Mid/North East region, including Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. This role is critical in managing existing accounts, acquiring new business, and representing customer needs internally while driving profitable year-over-year sales growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage all ongoing business requirements for existing customers across the full product portfolio
- Drive new growth opportunities with both existing and new customers
- Lead customer interface and all customer-related activities, requirements, and communications
- Achieve sales and margin targets with the primary goal of year over year profitable sales growth
- Generate leads and acquire new customers
- Establish new business and strategic development with targeted customers and industries
- Act as a critical internal and external liaison representing customer needs
- Maintain focus on revenue generation, market expansion, and effective cross-functional coordination
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with current and future customers
- Understand customer short- and long-term requirements
- Consistently provide value within products and services to OEM customers
Work Mode
This is an onsite position with primary locations in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
