ODION GmbH is hiring a Sales Consultant (m/w/d) to drive growth by acquiring new customers and projects for the Odoo ERP system. You will join a team where steep learning curves and significant responsibility are paired with a warm-hearted, professional atmosphere.
What You'll Do
- Gain new customers and projects for the Odoo ERP system by managing new leads and existing contacts.
- Organize initial meetings, deliver online system demonstrations, and arrange on-site workshops.
- Analyze customer requirements, understand their needs, and assess implementation feasibility.
- Create and present proposals to interested parties.
What We're Looking For
- Practical sales experience, ideally in IT sales.
- Technical understanding of customer needs and consulting competence.
- Negotiation proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills, business understanding, and service mentality.
- Social competence, including communication and teamwork skills.
