About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions as directed by a supervising therapist
- Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients of varying ages
- Assist in the development and adjustment of individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and document client progress during therapy cycles
- Communicate regularly with supervising occupational therapists
- Train caregivers in therapeutic techniques and home program implementation
- Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with regulations
- Use telehealth platforms to engage clients and support continuity of care
- Adapt activities to meet client-specific goals and developmental levels
- Collaborate with families and support staff to ensure treatment consistency
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Follow ethical and professional standards in all client interactions
- Ensure confidentiality of client health information
- Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy and telehealth
- Support transitions between care settings when necessary
- Assist with client assessments under therapist supervision
- Provide feedback to therapists on client engagement and response
