Responsibilities

- Collaborate with employers, case managers, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to share clinical progress and align rehabilitation objectives.
- Provide tailored suggestions for assistive devices, home adaptations, or support services based on assessment outcomes.
- Identify appropriate equipment options and service vendors, including participating in equipment trials when necessary.
- Produce accurate, well-structured reports that detail assessment findings, recommendations, and the clinical rationale behind them.
- Instruct clients and their families in adaptive techniques, energy-saving methods, and safe performance of daily tasks.
- Keep thorough and up-to-date clinical documentation while following professional, legal, and ethical practice standards.
