Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse and challenging caseload involving NDIS participants and their families
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, including external partners
- Deliver clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to junior clinicians and trainees
- Participate in regular supervision and continuing professional development training
- Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical standards or service delivery
