Kuehne+Nagel is hiring an Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor to champion our SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) culture at the branch level. In this key role, you will implement corporate policies and local procedures, ensuring alignment with our global standards and all applicable legal requirements. Your work will directly contribute to a safer workplace and support our broader operational goals.
What You'll Do
- Supervise the local Occupational Health and Safety team.
- Implement corporate procedures and develop local SHE protocols.
- Deploy and enforce fundamental and non-negotiable safety rules.
- Organize weekly meetings with operational teams to present deviation indicators.
- Manage the annual SHE budget forecast and support local improvement projects.
- Ensure the application of all legal requirements (NRs) within the branch.
- Participate in client meetings as required by operational demands.
- Report monthly safety indicators to the national corporate SHE department.
- Implement SHE management systems for internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish and control the annual plan for mandatory SHE training.
- Promote local and corporate SHE campaigns and implement local diagnostic studies.
- Participate in meetings with manufacturing and non-manufacturing clients.
- Observe and respect KN values.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or Occupational Safety Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in occupational safety.
Nice to Have
- ISO 45001 Auditor certification.
- Previous experience with team management and KPI management.
