Responsibilities
- Manages an effective occupational health process aligned with facility size and operational demands
- Applies nursing policies consistently to maintain high-quality care standards
- Follows health management protocols, medical directives, and physician orders in line with the Occupational Health Manual
- Maintains accurate, legally compliant records to support continuity of care
- Develops and manages a confidential recordkeeping system for employee health information
- Delivers empathetic and high-quality medical care to workers
- Evaluates, treats, and monitors employees with injuries or illnesses, including first aid and follow-up
- Supports worker’s compensation processes, including regulatory compliance, reporting to third-party administrators, and initiating internal cases
- Performs duties professionally while upholding legal, ethical, and clinical standards
- Organizes employee health evaluations for return-to-duty, fitness-for-duty, and medical monitoring per protocol and physician direction
- Helps manage the OSHA Hearing Conservation program and ensures adherence to OSHA requirements

- HOURS: 4:00PM - 12:30AM Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays
- Must be currently licensed as an LPN to practice in the state of Arizona
- Must be able to carry, lift and maneuver first aid response bag (weighting between 15-20 lbs.), back board, stretcher, EOE
- Adheres to HIPAA and partner confidentiality to ensure compliance of confidentiality of employee’s personal information
- Assist with overseeing the OSHA Hearing Conservation program and adhere to OSHA standards
- Must follow medical directives, policies/procedures and physicians standing orders
- Must follow guidelines indicated by Occupational Health Manual
- Must adhere to all state and federal regulations including OSHA, Worker’s Compensation, OSHA log, etc.
