Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting assessments, developing care plans, and evaluating risk under the guidance of a Registered Nurse during admissions and as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all care activities in clinical records, care plans, and risk evaluations under supervision.
  • Administer medications following professional standards, organizational policies, and within personal scope of practice.
  • Carry out therapeutic observations and meaningful interactions according to established care protocols.
  • Uphold organizational principles of Care, Respect, Empower, Trust, and Integrity in daily practice.
  • Act in accordance with professional conduct guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of individuals receiving care.
