Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 85% proficiency in English language
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software systems
- Prior work experience in technical support, desktop assistance, or related field
- Demonstrated background in customer service and technical support roles
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Calm, supportive, understanding demeanor with active listening and professionalism
- Strong focus on accuracy and effective problem resolution
