Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 85% proficiency in English language
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and software systems
  • Prior work experience in technical support, desktop assistance, or related field
  • Demonstrated background in customer service and technical support roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Calm, supportive, understanding demeanor with active listening and professionalism
  • Strong focus on accuracy and effective problem resolution

  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools and help desk ticketing systems
