Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance across broadcast and digital platforms
- Respond to system alerts and initiate troubleshooting procedures
- Document incidents and escalate issues to senior engineers
- Perform routine system checks and log operational status
- Support on-air transmission systems for radio broadcast
- Assist with streaming media delivery infrastructure
- Follow standard operating procedures during technical outages
- Coordinate with engineering teams during service disruptions
- Maintain accurate records of system events and responses
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks under supervision
- Verify signal integrity across transmission paths
- Track service uptime and report anomalies
- Operate remote monitoring tools for network health
- Follow escalation protocols for unresolved technical issues
- Assist in configuring network devices as directed
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity efforts
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Ensure compliance with technical documentation standards
- Report equipment failures and environmental alarms
- Assist with testing backup systems and failover processes
- Maintain awareness of network security alerts
- Follow change management procedures during updates
- Support firmware and software deployment activities
- Verify redundancy system functionality
- Contribute to post-incident review documentation
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Work Arrangement
On-site, full-time with rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Part of the Network Operations team supporting broadcast and digital media systems
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit for extended periods while monitoring systems
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds during equipment checks
- Manual dexterity for operating keyboards and control interfaces
Work Environment
- Primary work location is a climate-controlled NOC facility
- Exposure to constant monitoring screens and low ambient lighting
- Rotational shift schedule including nights and weekends
