- Examine the contractor's proposed testing schedule and approach
- Review static specifications and associated test results provided by the contractor
- Evaluate dynamic performance specifications and test outcomes from the contractor
- Document findings from integrated system testing activities
- Report on commissioning efforts, including component validation and system integration
- Develop and assess system-level testing and commissioning strategies
- Oversee sub-system testing and integration processes
