Responsibilities
- Support the Head of New Business in driving new business growth
- Lead management of new business pitches
- Strategize to win new clients
- Support prospecting efforts
- Provide ongoing reporting for the network
- Work with the wider marketing team to drive best practice in pitching and consistency across the agency
- Manage the New Business and Events Senior Executive
- Collaborate with all senior stakeholders within the agency and wider group
- Lead pitch teams through every stage of the pitch process
- Build rapport with stakeholders during critical stages of the pitch process

- Proven ability to lead pitch teams
- Strong rapport-building skills with stakeholders
- Highly organised
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
