About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with neurologists and neuromuscular specialists
- Collaborate with specialty pharmacies to ensure patient access to therapy
- Deliver accurate, science-based product information to healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report on market dynamics and competitive activity
- Support patient identification and referral pathways
- Coordinate with regional teams to execute commercial strategies
- Attend medical conferences and professional events as required
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical data and treatment guidelines
- Work with managed markets to address payer-related barriers
- Track field activities using CRM tools
- Provide feedback to headquarters on customer insights
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Facilitate speaker programs and educational initiatives
- Partner with patient advocacy groups to increase disease awareness
- Drive brand recognition within the neuromuscular treatment community
- Respond to requests for product information in a timely manner
- Support new patient starts through coordinated care planning
- Engage hospital pharmacy directors on formulary inclusion
- Conduct territory business reviews quarterly
- Align with medical affairs for appropriate scientific exchange
- Promote patient support services in collaboration with case management
- Track key performance metrics and sales trends
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Adhere to ethical promotion standards and industry regulations
- Travel regularly within the assigned geography
