About the Role
Provide expert neurological evaluations and ongoing management for patients with cognitive disorders via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in a virtual setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth consultations for patients with cognitive impairments
- Diagnose and manage neurocognitive conditions including dementia and memory disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinicians to coordinate patient care plans
- Review and interpret neurodiagnostic data remotely
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Deliver evidence-based treatment recommendations tailored to individual patients
- Monitor patient progress through scheduled virtual follow-ups
- Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, prognosis, and care strategies
- Adhere to clinical protocols and regulatory standards in telemedicine
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for virtual care delivery
Nice to Have
- Subspecialty training in cognitive neurology or behavioral neurology
- Experience in dementia clinics or memory centers
