Responsibilities
- Handle pre-sales and post-sales communication with local market customers, both in person and remotely.
- Independently resolve technical issues related to customer configurations, firmware, software, or other sources.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Teltonika Networks R&D and customers to address complex technical challenges.
- Work with Linux-based operating systems, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols, and occasional third-party peripherals.
- Deliver training sessions for employees and clients on company products and solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience with routers is considered an asset.
- CCNA certification or similar coursework is viewed as an advantage.
- Background in technical support is considered an advantage.
