Freedom Forever is hiring a Network Security Analyst to manage and support our cloud-delivered network security services with a focus on FortiSASE. This onsite role in Boynton Beach, FL involves deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting secure access solutions for a hybrid workforce.

What You'll Do

Manage Proxy, Forti SASE, and Akamai services.
Implement and configure FortiSASE components including ZTNA, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS).
Integrate FortiSASE with existing network and security infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor FortiSASE performance and security events using centralized management tools.
Diagnose and resolve connectivity, latency, and security issues for remote users.
Maintain high-performance, low-latency access for users on any device.
Regularly update configurations and policies to align with evolving security needs.
Work closely with network and security teams to support hybrid workforce requirements.
Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
Perform daily maintenance and operations of multiple customers’ network security infrastructure.
Confirm, determine, and troubleshoot traffic flows, security implementation, and configurations.
Troubleshoot firewall traffic flows.
Maintain accurate documentation of network security products, support activities, and processes.
Work independently and remotely when troubleshooting.
Solve problems with minimal client input and escalate when solutions are not readily apparent.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of overall professional experience required.
Strong understanding of ZTNA, SWG, CASB, FWaaS, and DLP concepts.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP and SaaS security.
Hands-on experience with Fortinet solutions, especially FortiSASE and FortiGate.
Proficiency in TCP/IP, VPN technologies, DNS, and routing protocols.
Experience with SD-WAN and secure remote access solutions.
Knowledge of threat detection, compliance frameworks, and secure access principles.
4–6 years in network security or cloud security roles.
Prior experience implementing SASE or similar cloud-delivered security solutions.
