Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and sustain advanced network systems.
- Install and oversee multiple firewall technologies such as Cisco, Watchguard, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, FortiGate, and PFSense.
- Establish secure connectivity using VPNs, IPSec tunnels, VLANs, and network segmentation strategies.
- Manage intrusion detection and prevention systems along with content filtering tools.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews, system updates, and automate reporting workflows.
- Deliver frontline IT assistance and perform hardware servicing.
- Engage with clients to assess and address their unique network and security requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve network performance and cybersecurity incidents.
- Execute routine software updates, security patches, and firmware enhancements.
- Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for network setups.
