Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures for network infrastructure and equipment.
- Build and manage automated, serverless, and manual data workflows that generate insights into network performance and reliability for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end data gathering and evaluation efforts in coordination with deployment, operations, data center hardware, and logistics teams to support service level commitments.
- Design, test, and roll out enhancements to deployment and repair workflows using data and machine learning to advance organizational goals.
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver results in a team-oriented environment with engineers and developers across multiple disciplines.
- Act as a technical authority in two or more specialized areas including IP routing, optical systems, Ethernet, RDMA/RoCE, or power systems.
