Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cloud networking solutions across public and hybrid environments
- Configure and manage virtual private clouds and subnets
- Implement secure network architectures using firewalls and access controls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Support migration of on-premises networks to cloud platforms
- Maintain network documentation and architecture diagrams
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance standards
- Automate network provisioning using infrastructure-as-code tools
- Integrate cloud networks with existing enterprise systems
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness
- Optimize network traffic using load balancers and routing policies
- Manage DNS and IP address allocation in cloud environments
- Troubleshoot cross-cloud connectivity problems
- Support identity and access management for network resources
- Work with development teams to align network design with application needs
- Participate in incident response related to network outages
- Evaluate new cloud networking technologies and tools
- Ensure consistent monitoring and alerting for network health
- Perform capacity planning for cloud network growth
- Assist in cost optimization of network services
- Implement hybrid connectivity using VPN and direct connections
- Support multi-region and multi-cloud network strategies
- Enforce network segmentation and zero-trust principles
