Charted is hiring a NetSuite Senior Managed Services Consultant

About the Role

The consultant will deliver ongoing support and system improvements for NetSuite environments, working closely with clients to resolve issues, implement changes, and maintain optimal functionality across financial and operational modules.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver continuous NetSuite platform support for client organizations
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues within NetSuite environments
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and system needs
  • Configure and customize NetSuite to align with client operations
  • Perform regular system audits to ensure performance and reliability
  • Support upgrades, patches, and version updates for NetSuite
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and workflows
  • Assist in troubleshooting integration points with third-party applications
  • Guide clients through best practices for system usage and maintenance
  • Monitor system health and recommend optimization strategies
  • Lead root cause analysis for recurring system issues
  • Implement preventive measures to reduce system downtime
  • Provide post-implementation support and stabilization services
  • Assist with user training and support materials development
  • Manage change requests and system modification workflows
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
  • Work with development teams on script performance and debugging
  • Support financial close processes and reporting needs in NetSuite
  • Maintain data integrity across modules and subsidiaries
  • Coordinate with stakeholders during scheduled maintenance windows
  • Respond to high-priority incidents with timely resolution
  • Evaluate new NetSuite features for client applicability
  • Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for reuse
  • Support disaster recovery and backup validation procedures
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users
