Responsibilities
- Perform technical development activities in supply chain management, adhering to best practices in configuration, scripting, testing, and integrations across platforms.
- Set up and improve NetSuite Warehouse Management System features to assist pick, pack, ship processes, wave planning, and serial or lot tracking within defined design frameworks.
- Aid the inventory lifecycle from manufacturing centers to market rollout by sustaining and refining key NetSuite procedures such as Item Receipts, Item Fulfillment, and Landed Costs.
- Create, sustain, and resolve integration issues linking NetSuite to Oracle Transportation Management for freight operations and Arena PLM for product lifecycle and bill of materials management.
- Assist automated data links with Anaplan to promote dependable data alignment for demand planning and forecasting systems.
- Employ SuiteFlow and SuiteScript (2.0/2.1) to automate inventory state changes, item fulfillment sequences, and receipt routing while boosting operational effectiveness and cutting manual tasks.
- Help uphold role-based access controls, data security guidelines, and inventory reconciliation measures to aid SOX compliance and audit-prepared system setups.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Product Managers, Data Platforms, Sourcing, and corporate logistics groups to convert business needs into stable technical answers within set platform limits.
- Adhere to existing coding norms for NetSuite extensions and automated pipelines, and aid in maintainability, reliability, and performance enhancements over time.
- Exchange knowledge with colleagues, join code reviews, and support onboarding, documentation, and team-based problem resolution.
- Keep updated with NetSuite semi-annual updates, assess pertinent features, assist impact assessments, and help with regression validation and optimization chances.
- Support NetSuite SDF and GitHub-based continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines that enable version-controlled customization, automated deployment, and orderly change management in enterprise ERP settings.
- Take part in the team's on-call schedule, addressing incidents, diagnosing problems, and contributing to root cause analysis and service reliability upgrades.
- Address and diagnose production problems, outages, and critical alerts during scheduled on-call periods.
- Raise incidents as necessary and work with team members to reinstate service.
- Record issues and aid improvements that lessen repeat incidents.
- Be accessible to offer occasional support outside regular hours, on weekends, and holidays while on call.
