Responsibilities
- Lead guided walks through rugged tropical terrain
- Share knowledge of local flora, fauna, and geology
- Deliver interpretive presentations on ecosystem dynamics
- Ensure guest safety during outdoor activities
- Operate small vehicles and watercraft responsibly
- Maintain detailed trip logs and incident reports
- Assist in campsite setup and upkeep
- Follow environmental protection protocols
- Engage respectfully with Indigenous cultural sites
- Communicate weather and terrain risks clearly
- Support emergency response procedures
- Uphold company safety standards at all times
- Participate in team briefings and training
- Manage guest expectations in remote settings
- Promote low-impact visitor practices
- Handle food and waste according to environmental guidelines
- Navigate using maps and GPS in unmarked areas
- Respond to wildlife encounters appropriately
- Maintain equipment and transport vehicles
- Adapt itineraries due to environmental conditions
Nice to Have
