SupportYourApp is seeking a (Native Chinese) Chat Support Consultant to deliver high-quality customer support for a cryptocurrency trading platform. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for users, managing their needs through multiple channels within a dynamic and international team environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide efficient and excellent customer support for crypto trading via live chat, tickets, and email.
- Handle customer inquiries, order disputes, and appeals.
- Deliver valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests.
- Manage complaints and appeals, including follow-ups on escalations when required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s trading platform and general market conditions.
- Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team.
- Continuously seek ways to improve team performance and work efficiency.
- Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays.
What We're Looking For
- Native Chinese and strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- At least 6–12 months of online customer support experience.
- Experience in live chat support and handling customer inquiries.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proof validation skills or payment/banking knowledge.
- Positive and responsible attitude.
Nice to Have
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Customer support experience in crypto or financial services.
- Financial background.
