Cydcor is hiring a National Account Manager focused on Big Box Retailers. In this role, you will build and manage relationships between the company and retailers to maximize account profitability and help clients increase product sales. You will drive revenue on national sales campaigns and act as the essential liaison between clients and field sales partners.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue on a national sales campaign.
- Act as the liaison between Fortune 500 clients and Retail Field Partners.
- Travel 60% or more to support sales offices.
- Drive team and campaign results, including reporting creation, inspection, and analysis.
- Conduct product and process training, quality assurance, and customer service support.
- Develop and implement motivating sales incentives to drive revenue and productivity.
- Analyze data and create reporting to identify trends and drive improved results.
- Contribute to a fun and energizing sales environment through exceptional team relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service with quick response times and effectiveness.
- Ensure Field Retail Partners and sales reps represent the client accurately and with quality.
- Drive Field Retail Partners’ performance to meet client and campaign goals.
- Execute and manage important initiatives or tasks for clients and campaigns.
- Provide regular feedback to management on Field Retail Partners status and action plans.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of sales experience.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft products.
- Retail Store Management experience – specifically with Big Box Retailers.
- Ability to collaborate well with others and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience in retail, home security, software technology, telecommunications, and wireless.
Team & Environment
This is a field leader role involving coaching and mentoring field sales representatives.
