About the Role

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Market / General Business Account Executive (MMGB) to serve as a 'General Manager' for named accounts in Taiwan. This role is responsible for driving account strategy, revenue growth, and customer success by leveraging Salesforce's full platform and collaborating with product specialists and technical resources.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the overall account strategy and revenue growth for named accounts in the Taiwan territory
  • Act as the extension of the customer and align resources to meet customer needs
  • Work closely with product specialists to execute sales strategies
  • Leverage technical support from solutions architects and sales engineers
  • Map account strategies and identify opportunities in the assigned market

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales
  • Account Planning and Strategy: Develops and executes plans to meet sales objectives by identifying and qualifying opportunities in the Singapore market
  • Research and Discovery: Analyzes prospects’ current processes, identifies business challenges, and aligns with strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses
  • Solutioning: Crafts compelling value propositions by aligning technology solutions with customer needs
  • Customer Communication: Engages customers clearly, concisely, and promptly through writing, speaking, presenting, and using tools such as whiteboarding, Google Slides, and Zoom
  • Resource Utilization: Drives results by leveraging all available tools and resources effectively
  • Team Selling: Collaborates with account teams and partners to support deal execution and ensure customer success
