About the Role

Huntsman is seeking a Sales Territory Manager for its Polyurethanes Division to support the Denver and Salt Lake City territories. This remote role requires the candidate to reside in one of these two cities and will focus on driving spray foam sales to contractors and distributors while developing strategic business plans and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Drive spray foam sales to contractors and distributors in the assigned territories to achieve annual sales targets
  • Develop annual business plans that outline the activities needed to exceed quota
  • Meet regularly with clients to deliver the HBS value proposition and gain specifications
  • Participate in industry or promotional events
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
  • Conduct intelligent, persuasive business conversations with business owners and decision-makers at the contractor, distributor, and specifier levels
  • Develop clear business proposals, negotiate, and execute business deals
  • Provide regular competitive intelligence updates, including in-kind and out-of-kind pricing and marketing strategies
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling all administrative requirements, including timely email responses, expense submissions, pricing requests, performance management tasks, and related items

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales within construction or building materials; spray foam or insulation experience strongly preferred
  • The candidate must reside in Denver or Salt Lake City (relocation will NOT be provided)
  • Travel requirement is approximately 75%
  • The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English)
  • Spray foam or insulation experience
