Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CE, F&O, or both)
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support
- Validate customizations, configurations, and integrations within Dynamics 365 environments
- Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery
- Identify, document, and track defects using test management and tracking tools
- Ensure data integrity and system performance through thorough testing processes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Automate test scenarios where applicable using appropriate tools and frameworks
- Support release validation and post-deployment testing activities
- Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in QA/testing, with specific experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and defect management
- Experience testing Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, or both)
- Familiarity with test automation tools (Selenium, EasyRepro, or similar)
- Knowledge of integration testing (APIs, web services)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required
- Must have experience working for US customers
