About the Role
The position involves designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. The developer will work on system customizations, integrations, and enhancements in collaboration with technical and functional teams to meet client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
- Implement system integrations using APIs and middleware platforms
- Collaborate with project teams to analyze business requirements
- Design technical specifications based on functional needs
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production systems
- Support data migration activities and mapping logic
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing
- Document technical designs and solution configurations
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies
- Optimize system performance and scalability
- Work with version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Stay current with updates in Dynamics 365 and related technologies
- Provide technical guidance during deployment phases
- Assist in post-implementation support and stabilization
- Integrate Dynamics with third-party applications
- Use X++ or other relevant languages for customization
- Apply knowledge of workflows and business process flows
- Configure forms, views, and entities as needed
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript extensions
- Support testing across multiple environments
- Collaborate with offshore or distributed teams
- Follow coding standards and peer review processes
- Deliver solutions aligned with client timelines
