Verneek is hiring a Motion Marketing Designer (Remote)

Verneek is seeking a Motion Marketing Designer to own the visual storytelling behind our product, research, and technology. In this fully remote role, you will transform complex, socially impactful ideas into clean, compelling, and modern narratives through motion graphics, video, and animation.

What You'll Do

• Own the creation of short- and long-form videos, including product explainers, social media clips, hiring campaigns, testimonials, company updates, and educational content.
• Develop motion graphics and light animations that simplify technical concepts and enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership to plan and produce content aligned with campaign goals.
• Transform raw footage, screen recordings, interviews, and demos into polished, on-brand video assets.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all video formats, platforms, and campaigns.
• Create storyboards, visual scripts, and narrative flows for video content.
• Use AI-powered video tools to accelerate production and elevate output quality.
• Optimize videos for distribution across platforms such as the website, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and internal channels.
• Manage and organize project files, templates, and brand assets.
• Occasionally assist the broader Marketing Design team with static design assets.
• Communicate with business stakeholders effectively.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or multimedia production, ideally with marketing or product-focused content.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and commercial/marketing video work.
• Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop.
• Experience using AI-assisted video tools.
• Ability to create cohesive stories from scratch: script → storyboard → edit → final render.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, brand messaging, and visual communication principles.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to iterate quickly with clear communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D motion tools such as Blender, Cinema4D, or Unreal.
• Familiarity with UI/UX animations or in-product motion.
• Experience creating platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Basic sound design, mixing, or audio cleanup capabilities.
• Prior work experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or startup environments.
