Responsibilities
- Excels in creating 2D and 3D motion graphics, concept ideation, and integrating creative technology
- Demonstrates understanding of advertising performance metrics and adjusts creative strategies using KPIs
- Applies performance insights proactively to improve creative workflows and outputs
- Maintains consistently high-quality deliverables across all client initiatives and projects
- Contributes ideas and develops concepts for modular content, long-form storytelling, brand experiences, and integrated 360 campaigns
- Works closely with team members to design storyboards and presentation materials for diverse project types
- Focuses on continuous personal and team growth by encouraging innovation and constructive challenge
- Stays current with evolving creative trends, new tools, platforms, and production methods
- Keeps project leads and team management informed about progress and capacity
- Identifies and suggests original, unconventional creative solutions
- Maintains open communication with Project Managers, Art Directors, and Account Managers regarding project status and workload
