Responsibilities
- Produce video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other acquisition channels.
- Partner with the performance team on creative testing — translate performance data into design iterations that improve CTR, CPA, and conversion.
- Develop new creative concepts and scale what works into winning, testable hypotheses.
- Partner with creative marketing specialists to identify what resonates with our audience and why.
- Stay on top of creative trends across paid social and spot what's worth testing for our audience.
- Research and integrate AI tools to improve team workflows (AI animation, video generation, automation).
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in motion design.
- Experience in creating performance marketing (paid Meta, TikTok and other ads) creatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Solid knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Figma.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and adapting brand assets for different formats.
- Confident use of GPT, Midjourney, and AI video tools.
