VML Luxembourg is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in animation, storytelling, and design, with a passion for bringing ideas to life through motion graphics. You’ll thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative environment and create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and client goals.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of digital platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and project managers, to understand project goals and deliver outstanding results.
- Translate complex ideas into engaging visuals that tell a story and captivate the audience.
- Edit and refine animations, ensuring smooth transitions, visual consistency, and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality of your work.
- Work within project timelines, managing multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other motion design software.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create both 2D animations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your motion design and animation projects.
Nice to Have
- 3+ years experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of 3D motion graphics.
Technical Stack
- Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Other motion design software
Team & Environment
You will collaborate closely with the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and project managers.
