Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain key performance metrics, reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business stakeholders.
- Build advanced Power BI dashboards using complex DAX formulas and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to create critical datasets, assess data quality, and perform data cleaning.
- Apply strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when interpreting data and generating insights.
- Approach problems methodically, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Communicate findings clearly through written and verbal channels, translating technical data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively within a dynamic, customer-focused team environment and support team goals at all levels.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage competing demands in a fast-moving work setting.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
